Steel Grip® 40 cal/cm² Arc Flash Coat

Arc flash protection requires electrical workers to wear several garment components as ONE UNIT and the clothing must fit properly such that is does not interfere with the work task as defined by NFPA 70E. A layering system known as Air Gap Technology™ allows the combinations of lighter weight fabrics to increase the thermal heat resistance (Arc Rating) of the garments. ArcGear™ Hazard Risk Category 4 coat features 50" length, multi-layer Nomex® and Kelvar® construction, military collar, covered zipper front closure, storm flap with Velcro® closure and Nomex® wristlets. 40 cal/cm² rating. Meets NFPA 70E and ASTM F 1506 standards. Sizes: S-6XL. Sold by the each.
