Thermonol is a 22-ounce heavyweight DuPont Kevlar® that will handle up to 800-900° of intermittent contact. The Thermonol blend material protects your workers' hands against abrasion and cut hazards. The reversible Mitten can be worn on either hand. It has been sewn with Kevlar for extra toughness, a wool lining and 14” length for wrist and forearm safety. The Kevlar sewn 6” Overmitt has been designed to fit over the mitten style for additional wear and wear protection. Work applications include steel mills, aluminum extruding, and foundries.
